At Lone Pine Gear Exchange, we stand by the quality of our curated fashion and outdoor apparel. If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery, provided they are in original condition with tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in the original shipping box or a similar durable container, ensuring all original labels and tags are included.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and affix it to the outside of your package, covering any old shipping marks.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Leave your package at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect your items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
